Stamina is the desire to hold on to things. If you hold on to things for more time then you are said to be having more stamina. Stamina can be labeled into two types.

  1. Physical Stamina – Physical Stamina is a kind of physical energy that refers to the capacity to physically hang on to objects. Workouts must be done regularly to see changes in physical stamina. To do the workouts you have to supply proper food. Just imagine if you are mentally strong enough and physically not strong enough to participate in the tasks then it is of no use. You must be active. To attain something most valuable in your life physical stamina plays an important role.
  2. Mental Stamina – Mental stamina is a form of mental capacity. It is the capacity to hold on to things mentally. To see some changes in your mental stamina one must do some brain exercises. It may include self-assurance, learning how to deal with pressure, getting enough rest, the last one is having a positive mindset. To become physically robust, one must be mentally stronger as their actions are the signals that are sent by our brain. One must make up his mind, there should be no secondary negative thought of holding back. So first concentrate on our brain. If you are mentally strong no one can stop you. Sometimes some people will mock you by looking at the things that you are performing. During that time you should not get distracted by them. This deviation won’t happen only when your mindset is strong. It is impossible to develop a healthy mindset overnight. To become optimistic you must need some experience in your life. One cannot become positive by looking at successful individuals. When you watch a successful story you get motivated and your brain tells even you can be successful in your life. However, these positive vibrations will remain only for some time. After that, you will return to your normal state. So, to be optimistic, you must go through a few experiences of your own. You should learn to interact with people who have a better experience than you. You must follow your seniors, but you must have your personality.

To achieve things, you must first be mentally stable enough to perform the tasks properly. Then comes your actions. However, to be mentally strong, one must have good health. To be healthy, you must eat nutritious food and maintain a well-balanced diet. Without food, nothing will change in your life. Your physical stamina is dependent on your mental ability. Your mental ability is dependent on your brain. You must provide enough energy and oxygen to the brain in order for it to function properly. Energy can be supplied with the intakes that you consume. Water, which provides oxygen, is one of the most important components that our bodies need. Our brain needs oxygen and glucose to function properly. If there is an inadequate supply of oxygen and glucose then our brain doesn’t send proper signals for blood circulation. We will get enough glucose by consuming foods that are high in carbohydrates. Carbohydrates are then converted to glucose, a well-known form of sugar.

The collaboration of physical and mental stamina.

Eg., Lets us assume if you are an actor you have to perform in front of the camera. For performing you must be healthy. Above this, you must be mentally confident enough to face the camera without any fear. So mental electricity should be stronger. Suppose just imagine you are selected for a movie. You will rehearse the scenes before the start of the shooting. During the time of the shoot, if you are afraid to face the camera, what is the use of rehearsing?. So, first and foremost, work on being mentally strong. Make an effort to strengthen your roots. And also to perform without rehearsing one must be ready to memorize the dialogues on the spot and deliver them in front of the camera. Memorization within no time requires a healthy brain. A proper diet is needed for a healthy brain. After mental ability next comes is your physical ability. If you are mentally strong and you are a lazy person then it’s of no use. Memorizing isn’t enough when it comes to playing in front of the camera. You must do certain actions along with dialogues simultaneously otherwise, it will be like you are saying the dialogues orally. As a result, everything is linked in a loop. To become a performer, you must be mentally and physically strong. In all fields, both physical and mental ability has to be used to get proper output.
