1. Make a list of your priorities because no one will do it for you. The list that moves you closer to accomplishing your career and personal objectives. Before assisting the other people, finish up with all your tasks. Nobody will come and do your work for you if you don't finish it.

2. Learn to say 'no' and mean it. Do not be afraid to disregard things that are not important to you or necessary. Learn to refuse without getting upset or wanting to apologize. There is no need to say yes to unnecessary things just for the sake of not hurting.

3. Catch up regularly with those who make you feel happy.
Another person cannot smile in place of you. It is you who has to smile. Always surround yourself with positive influences rather than negative ones.

4. Eat healthy, nutritious food.
Eat healthy food by avoiding unnecessary junk food. It is your body, not someone else. Your soul is in there. Therefore, it is up to you to keep it safe by guarding it.

5. Stay away from your phone.
There is a life without a phone. In fact, a beautiful one. So, without using it try to spend some time with people happily.
If you cannot stay away from your phone for a long time, at least do not use it for 1-2 hours daily. Use those 1-2 hours with your family.

6. Start a journal.
Make it a habit to write in your diary every day. Write down everything you accomplished today while you go to sleep. Dairy can be helpful, especially during emergencies or when it matters most. You can check your diary to see what had happened if you forget something.

7. Read a book or listen to music.
Read books regularly. The knowledge you acquire from reading books is priceless. It will never go waste. It will get used at some point of time.
Listening to music is like finding peace in your brain. It helps in improving your mood and decreasing anxiety and blood pressure.

8. At the end of the day, share three things for which you are thankful or list them on a piece of paper.

9. Remind yourself that you are worthy.
You must tell yourself that you are a man of worth at least two times a day. As soon you get up from bed in the morning and before going to sleep.
