If you change your daily habits and practices, you will change your entire life. Think about that for a while.

The most powerful creation on this planet is our brain which manages everything. Everything is within the influence of our thinking. Our subconscious brain controls and accomplishes all of our actions and activities. It has something called a paradigm. What is a paradigm? It is a collection of behaviors in the form of a pattern.

Habits are just ideas and concepts that get stored in our heads. We act on these ideas and concepts without any awareness in our life. 
Our activities determine our outcomes. Our routines and behaviors alter our life conditions, circumstances, environment, and surroundings.

Your parent's genetics create you before you are born. So only you look like your parents. The outside world is the one who is organizing you after birth. For example, suppose you were born in Japan to a Japanese-speaking family and then moved to a country where no one speaks Japanese, let's say the United States of America. You will be able to communicate fluently in English as you grow older. You will have a little understanding of the Japanese language. It clearly shows the difference between programming from the inside and outside. Whatever we take in from the outer environment becomes programming in our heads. It is known as environmental programming.

When we reach a particular age, we develop a conscious consciousness that stores many amazing things like sensing, intellectual factors, perception, principles, capacity, reason, imagination, etc.,

Usually, power flows into our reactive minds.
This power is amorphous. It can generate either negative energy or positive energy.
An individual develops actions that match his inner thoughts. For example, if an individual's subconscious mind has 'XYZ' energy, the individual will think of 'XYZ' types of actions.

It creates a difference between your inner thoughts and the conscious part, if you have negative patterns in the unconscious mind and positive thinking in the intellectual mind.
This difference may give unfavorable outputs because the paradigm controls your body's vibrations. The subconscious brain controls you.

For example, even after receiving formal education, some people will not be wealthy enough since their submerged brains will have negative patterns that do not match their conscious minds. On the other hand, few become wealthy without formal education or experience because they have positive thoughts in their submerged brains that correspond to their rational minds. So now you know how our brains influence our lives.

The power of habits is so enormous. If you are doing it daily and do not realize how wrong it is, then it is your fault.

Learn to question yourself when you indulge yourself in unhealthy routines. After that, find the answer by yourself to your question. When you discover the answer, you will slowly start realizing your mistake. In the end, you will rectify them.

Life tip

It may take a month or two to create or change your daily habits and practices, but they could change your life for the next 30 years.
